Terms of use
Last updated: October 29, 2026 · Français · Español · Deutsch · Italiano · Português · العربية
By creating an account or using Vice Club, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the app.
1. The service
Vice Club is a community of GTA VI fans: discussion rooms, topics, replies, likes and a news feed. It is an unofficial fan app, not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old; between 13 and 15, with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You sign in with Apple, Google or an email address. You are responsible for access to your account and for what is posted from it.
- One account per person. Don’t impersonate anyone else.
3. Community rules
Vice Club has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. It is forbidden to post:
- insults, harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory remarks;
- sexual, violent, shocking or illegal content, even as a joke;
- spam, advertising, scams or malicious links;
- personal information about other people;
- content you don’t own without the right to share it (piracy, leaks, protected content);
- photos of people without their consent.
Warn others before revealing part of the story (spoilers) and cite your sources for news and rumors.
4. Moderation
- You can report a topic or reply and block a member with the “…” button. A blocked member disappears from your feed.
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and its author may be permanently suspended without notice.
- Administrators may remove any content that breaks these terms or the law.
5. What you post
You keep ownership of your content, text and photos alike. By posting it, you allow Vice Club, free of charge and for as long as it is online, to host it and show it to other members in the app. You guarantee that you have the right to post what you post.
6. Links and news
The news feed links to articles on third-party sites. Vice Club is not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided free of charge, as is. It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, in particular for maintenance. Vice Club is not responsible for content posted by members, who remain solely responsible for it.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Delete my account. Vice Club may suspend or delete an account that does not follow these terms.
9. Personal data
How it is used is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows the last update. They are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If this translation differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
